Who are you?

We are a firm of Chartered Accountants operating from a conveniently located office in Worle, Weston-super-Mare. 

Are you Qualified Accountants?

Yes we are a firm of Chartered Accountants registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW).

Is it expensive to use an Accountant?

Our business model is based on utilising modern technology to reduce cost, improve efficiency and make our services available to small businesses and individuals. Because we do not occupy an expensive high street shop front our overheads are considerably lower than larger firms, and therefore so are our fees.

Do I have to pay extra for a quick phone call or email?

We want you to understand your financial position and its tax implications. Therefore telephone and email support throughout the year is included in all our packages. And we return those phone calls and emails within one business day, so you don't have to wait to know where you stand.

Your office is in Weston-super-Mare and I live in Glasgow / London / Manchester etc. Is it practical for Hillmans to be my Accountant?

Very much so. Don't let distance be a factor if you are thinking of changing accountant. The move towards electronic communications makes it far more cost effective and convenient for us to work over the internet, phone or email without the need for you to leave your office. Many of our clients have remarked our level of personal service far exceeds what their local Accountant used to offer.
